Helen's Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:
     8oz Stork for Cakes
     3 tablespoons Syrup
     2 tablespoons coco powder
     1 large pkt McVities Digestive Biscuits
     400g good chocolate

METHOD:
*  Put biscuits into plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.
*  Line tin with greaseproof paper (leave 1" over the top  (tin should be 36" x 10" or smaller.
*  Slowly melt Stork in saucepan
*  Add syrup & coco powder & mix together.
*  Add crushed biscuits & mix well.

*  Put into tin & pat down with rounded spoon.
*  Put chocolate in bowl over saucepan of boiling water.
*  Make sure no water gets into bowl and gently melt.
*  Spread chocolate over biscuits.
*  Leave in fridge for approx 1hr until it sets.
*  Cut into 1" squares.
*  Put back into fridge - preferrably overnight.

Now it's ready to break into mouth-watering chunks!!!
