A very informative talk given by
HELEN FROST
and nearly all our members didn't realise that the Women's Land Army was actually formed
in the first World War.
Also that their uniform could be purchased from Harrods and other such high-end stores...!!!
Christmas Meal |
This was our Christmas Party held at the Grangewood Club... The competition this year was to decorate hats and, as usual a superb display - with the winner being Geraldine (below right) with a Christmas Present concoction...
