2016 Christmas Party

The venue this year was at the Grangewood Park Residents' Club in Hunsbury...
Excellent Venue, Food and Company enjoyed by all.

The Competition this year was to bring along a home-made Christmas Cracker.
This was won by our Secretary (Jenny Deller) ... Her cracker had a snowy theme with windows, lights, Christmas tree and snowman...  INGENIOUS...

Nov. Meeting ...

This month's theme was Christmas Treats and our Treasurer started the evening off by distributing her home made Irish Cream Liquer...

We then sampled the Treats and Sweetmeats...

...And there were LOTS of them...

... later washed down with Kate's Mulled Wine...

As usual, an excellent evening - enjoyed by all - even if when we got home, we had to look out the GAVISCON...!!!

3 Nov - Dirty Dancing

21 Members went along to the Derngate Theatre for the much awaited...

Only one word to describe it...

FA-BU-LOUS

And awarded a "10"from everyone.
